51job, a Chinese provider of integrated print and online recruitment advertising services, announced on Monday the terms of its upcoming IPO. The company plans to offer 5.25mm ADSs between a pricing range of $11-$13 per ADS, with a resulting market cap of $322mm. Morgan Stanley is lead managing the offering, with a pricing date yet to be determined.
