Air Lease Corporation, a global aircraft leasing company with a fleet of 46 commercial aircraft, raised $803 million by offering 30.3 million shares at $26.50, within the range of $25 to $28. It had originally planned to offer 25 million shares. Air Lease Corporation plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AL. J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
