STAG Industrial, a newly formed REIT with a portfolio of 91 single-tenant industrial properties, raised $179 million on Thursday by offering 13.75 million shares at $13, below the range of $15 to $17. STAG Industrial will begin trading Friday on the NYSE under the symbol STIR. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, and UBS Investment Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
