HCA Holdings quiet period ends April 18

HCA Holdings, the largest private hospital operator in the US, will see its quiet period end on Monday, April 18. On March 9, the company raised $3.8 billion by offering 126 million shares at $30, at the high end of the range of $27 to $30. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
