SandRidge Mississippian Trust I, a newly-formed trust that holds royalty interests in 37 producing and 123 development wells, raised $315 million by offering 15 million units at $21, at the high end of the range of $19 to $21. It had originally filed to offer 12.5 million units. SandRidge Mississippian Trust I plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SDT. Raymond James and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
