American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp., a newly formed mortgage REIT managed by American Capital MTGE Management, LLC, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $500 million in an initial public offering. The Bethesda, MD-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol MTGE. Citi is the lead underwriter on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
