Apollo Global Management, a global alternative asset manager of private equity and credit funds, raised $565 million by offering 29.8 million shares at $19, the high end of the range of $17 to $19. The company had originally planned to sell 26.3 million shares, resulting a total deal size 20% larger than originally planned. Apollo Global Management plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol APO. Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
