Apollo Residential Mortgage, Inc., an Apollo-managed REIT recently formed to invest in residential mortgage assets, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering. The New York, NY-based company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AMTG. Morgan Stanley is the lead underwriter on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not discloised.
