Zuoan Fashion Limited, a Chinese designer and distributor of casual menswear through 1,075 retail outlets, will see its quiet period end on Saturday, March 26. On February 14, the company raised $42 million by offering 6 million shares at $7, below the range of $10.50 to $12.50. Cowen & Company acted as lead manager on the deal.
