Epocrates, which provides an ad-supported mobile drug reference app for healthcare professionals, will see its quiet period end on Sunday, March 13. On February 1, the company raised $86 million by offering 5.4 million shares at $16, above the range of $13 to $15. J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray acted as lead managers on the deal.
