InterXion quiet period ends March 8

InterXion Holding N.V., which is leading provider of carrier-neutral colocation data center services in Europe, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, March 8. On January 27, the company raised $265 million by offering 20.4 million shares at $13, at the high end of the range of $11 to $13. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Barclays Capital acted as lead managers on the deal.
