Epocrates, which provides an ad-supported mobile drug reference app for healthcare professionals, raised $86 million on Tuesday by offering 5.4 million shares at $16, above the range of $13 to $15. Epocrates will list Wednesday on the NASDAQ under the symbol EPOC. J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray acted as lead managers on the deal.
