InterXion prices IPO at $13, at high end of the range

InterXion Holding N.V., a leading provider of carrier-neutral colocation data center services in Europe, raised $265 million by offering 20.4 million shares at $13, at the high end of the range of $11-$13. InterXion Holding N.V. plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol INXN. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Barclays Capital acted as lead managers on the deal.
