Air Lease Corporation, a global aircraft leasing company with a fleet of 40 aircraft, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The Los Angeles, CA-based company booked $21 million in sales from its February 2010 inception to September 30, 2010. J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and FBR Capital Markets are the lead underwriters on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not disclosed.
