Bona Film Group Limited, a venture-backed leading distributor of domestic films in China, will see its quiet period end on Monday, January 17. On December 8, the company raised $100 million by offering 11.7 million ADSs at $8.50, within the range of $7-$9. BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
