CTPartners Executive Search, an executive search firm with 21 offices in 13 countries, will see its quiet period end on Sunday, January 16. On December 7, the company raised $30 million by offering 2.3 million shares at $13, within the range of $12-$14. William Blair and C.L. King & Associates acted as lead managers on the deal.
