ServiceSource International, LLC, which is a leading provider of revenue management software and services for technology companies, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering. The San Francisco, CA-based company, which was founded in 1999 and booked $142 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, plans to list on the NASDAQ. Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank Securities are the lead underwriters on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not disclosed.
