FleetCor Technologies, a leading provider of electronic payment cards to commercial fleets/oil companies, raised $292 million by offering 12.7 million shares at $23.00, the low end of the range of $23.00 to $26.00. FleetCor Technologies plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FLT. J.P. Morgan, Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
