CTPartners Executive Search, a leading executive search firm with 21 offices in 13 countries, raised $30 million by offering 2.3 million shares at $13, within the range of $12-$14. CTPartners Executive Search plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CTP. William Blair and C.L. King & Associates acted as lead managers on the deal.
