Hour Loop, an online retailer selling various household goods primarily on Amazon, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $6 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $6 million by offering 2 million shares at $3 per share. At the proposed deal size, Hour Loop would command a market value of $139 million.
Hour Loop operates primarily as a third-party seller on Amazon.com, selling items within home/garden decor, kitchenware, apparel, and electronics. In total, the company manages more than 100k SKUs.
The Redmond, WA-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $49 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2021. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol HOUR. EF Hutton is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
