Real estate finance company Walker & Dunlop discloses IPO terms

Walker & Dunlop, a provider of commercial real estate financing with more than $2.2B in originated loans in 2009, announced terms for its IPO on Wednesday. The Bethesda, MD-based company plans to raise $150 million by offering 10 million shares at a price range of $14-$16. At the mid-point of the proposed range, Walker & Dunlop will command a market value of $328 million. Walker & Dunlop, which was founded in 1937 and booked $112 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol WD. Credit Suisse, Keefe Bruyette Woods and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters on the deal, which is expected to price during the week of December 13.
