Global Technology Acquisition I is led by CEO and Director Arnau Porto, the founder and CIO of Greentrail Capital, and Executive Chairman Fabrice Grinda, co-founder and Managing Partner of FJ Labs and co-founder and former co-CEO of online marketplace OLX. The company plans to leverage management's experience to target businesses in the marketplace, financial technology, and SaaS verticals in Europe, Latin America, and North America.
Global Technology Acquisition I plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GTACU. Citi and Goldman Sachs acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
