Vera Bradley, which designs, produces and sells handbags and accessories for women, will see its quiet period end on Monday, November 29. On October 20, the company raised $176 million by offering 11 million shares at $16, the high end of the range of $14-$16. Baird and Piper Jaffray acted as lead managers on the deal.
