Green Visor Financial Technology Acquisition I, a blank check company formed by Green Visor Capital targeting the fintech sector, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering.

The San Francisco, CA-based company plans to raise $150 million by offering 15 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one-half of a warrant, exercisable at $11.50. At the proposed deal size, Green Visor Financial Technology Acquisition I would command a market value of $188 million.

The company is led by CEO and Chairman Joe Saunders, Chairman and General Partner at fintech-focused venture firm Green Visor Capital. The company plans to leverage management's experience and target the fintech sector.

Green Visor Financial Technology Acquisition I was founded in 2021 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GVCIU. Mizuho Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
