Sky-mobi Limited, a mobile application store in China with a leading 50% share and over 479 million users, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering. The Zhejiang-based company, which was founded in 2005 and booked $81 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol MOBI. Citi is the lead underwriter on the deal, for which timing was not disclosed.
