CTPartners Executive Search, which assists its global clients with the recruitment and hiring of senior level executives, announced terms for its IPO on Wednesday. The New York, NY-based company plans to raise $30 million by offering 2.3 million shares at a price range of $12-$14. At the mid-point of the proposed range, CTPartners will command a market value of $89 million. CTPartners, which was founded in 1980 and booked $103 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CTP. William Blair and C.L. King & Associates are the lead underwriters on the deal, for which timing was not disclosed.
