Campus Crest Communities, a self-managed REIT focused on high-quality student housing properties, will see its quiet period end on Monday, November 22. On October 13, the company raised $354 million by offering 28.3 million shares at $12.50, the low end of the range of $12.50-$14.50. Raymond James, Citi and Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
