Complete Genomics, which offers outsourced DNA sequencing services to academic/biopharma customers, raised $54 million by offering 6 million shares at $9, below the range of $12-$14. Complete Genomics plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol GNOM. UBS Investment Bank and Jefferies & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
