Rhino Resource Partners L.P., which operates 13 coal mines located in Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado and West Virginia, will see its quiet period end on Monday, November 8. On September 29, the company raised $67 million by offering 3.2 million shares at $20.50, within the range of $19-$21. Raymond James, RBC Capital Markets and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel acted as lead managers on the deal.
