Vera Bradley, which designs, produces and sells handbags and accessories for women, raised $176 million by offering 11 million shares at $16, at the high end of the range of $14-$16. Vera Bradley plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol VRA. Baird and Piper Jaffray acted as lead managers on the deal.
