Daqo New Energy, a China-based manufacturer of polysilicon for solar power applications, raised $76 million on Wednesday by offering 8 million shares at $9.50, below the range of $10.50 to $12.50. Daqo New Energy plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol DQ. Morgan Stanley acted as lead manager on the deal.
