Rhino Resource Partners L.P., which operates 13 coal mines located in Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado and West Virginia, raised $67 million by offering 3,244,000 shares at $20.50, within the range of $19.00 to $21.00. Rhino Resource Partners L.P. plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RNO. Raymond James, RBC Capital Markets, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel acted as lead managers on the deal.
