The company's platform is cloud-native, built on open technologies, and scalable across thousands of institutions and tens of millions of users worldwide. It states that it is the LMS market share leader in both Higher Education and paid K-12, with over 6,000 global customers across 90 countries.
Instructure Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol INST. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citi, Jefferies, and Macquarie Capital acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
