CTPartners Executive Search, which assists its global clients with the recruitment and hiring of senior level executives, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $35 million in an initial public offering. The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 1980 and booked $99 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CTP. William Blair and C.L. King & Associates are the lead underwriters on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not disclosed.
