Envestnet, which provides outsourced web-based investment solutions to financial advisors, will see its quiet period end on Monday, September 6th. On July 28th, the company raised $63 million by offering 7 million shares at $9, below the range of $12-$14. Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank and Barclays Capital acted as lead managers on the deal.
