Walker & Dunlop, a provider of commercial real estate financing with more than $2.2B in originated loans in 2009, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering. The Bethesda, MD-based company, which was founded in 1937 and booked $41 million in sales last year, plans to list on the NYSE. Credit Suisse and Keefe Bruyette Woods are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
