AutoNavi Holdings quiet period ends August 9

AutoNavi Holdings, which licenses digital map content for navigation and location-based services in China, will see its quiet period end on Monday, August 9. On June 30, the company raised $108 million by offering 8.6 million shares at $12.50, at the high end of the range of $10.50-$12.50. Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. acted as lead manager on the deal.
