Broadsoft quiet period ends July 25

Broadsoft, which provides IP-based application server software to telecom service providers, will see its quiet period end on Sunday, July 25th. On June 15th, the company raised $68 million by offering 7.5 million shares at $9, at the low end of its range of $9-$11. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Jefferies & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
