China New Borun quiet period ends July 20

China New Borun, which is the leading producer of corn-based alcohol mostly for baijiu liquor in China, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, July 20th. On June 10th, the company raised $40 million by offering 5.7 million shares at $7, below the range of $12-$14. Piper Jaffray acted as lead manager on the deal.
