Oxford Resource Partners, L.P., which produces steam coal in Northern Appalachia and the Illinois Basin, raised $162 million by offering 8,750,000 shares at $18.50, within the range of $18.00 to $20.00. Oxford Resource Partners, L.P. plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OXF. Barclays Capital and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
