AutoNavi Holdings, which licenses digital map content for navigation and location-based services in China, raised $108 million on Wednesday by offering 8.6 million shares at $12.50, at the high end of the proposed $10.50 to $12.50 range. AutoNavi Holdings is expected to begin trading Thursday on the NASDAQ under the symbol AMAP. Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. acted as lead manager on the deal.
