ReachLocal quiet period ends June 28

ReachLocal, which sells online marketing services for small businesses through a localized sales force, will see its quiet period end on Monday, June 28th. On May 19th, the company raised $54.2 million by offering 4.2 million shares shares at $13, below the range of $17-$19. J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
