The US's largest options exchange, CBOE Holdings, which offers options on equities, indexes and ETFs, raised $339 million by offering 11,700,000 shares at $29. the high end of the $27-$29 range. CBOE Holdings plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol CBOE. Goldman Sachs was the bookrunner on the offering.
