Oxford Resource Partners, L.P., a low cost producer of high value steam coal with 5.8 million tons produced in 2009, announced terms for its IPO on Wednesday. The Coshocton, OH-based company plans to raise $175 million by offering 8.75 million shares at a price range of $19-$21. At the mid-point of the proposed range, Oxford Resource Partners will command a market value of $411 million. The company, which was founded in 1985 and booked $357 million in sales last year, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OXF. Barclays Capital and Citi are the lead underwriters on the deal, for which timing was not disclosed.
