Mitel Networks quiet period ends May 31

Mitel Networks, which provides IP-based telephony systems to small and medium sized enterprises, will see its quiet period end on Monday, May 31st. On April 21st, the company raised $147 million by offering 10.5 million shares at $14, below the range of $18-$20. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
