Velti, a global leading provider of mobile marketing and advertising solutions, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $200 million in an initial public offering. The Dublin-based company, which was founded in 2000 and booked $90 million in sales last year, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol VELT. Jefferies & Co. is the lead underwriter on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not disclosed.
