Roadrunner Transportation Systems, a leading non-asset based transportation and logistics services provider, raised $148 million by offering 10.6 million shares at $14, at the low end of the range of $14-$16. Roadrunner Transportation Systems plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RRTS. Robert W. Baird & Co., BB&T Capital Markets and Stifel Nicolaus acted as lead managers on the deal.
