Niska Gas Storage Partners LLC, the largest independent operator of natural gas storage assets in North America, raised $359 million by offering 17,500,000 shares at $20.50, within the range of $20.00 to $22.00. Niska Gas Storage Partners LLC plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NKA. Goldman, Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
