Meru Networks, which provides wireless LAN solutions to small and large enterprises, will see its quiet period end on Sunday, May 9th. On March 30th, the company raised $66 million by offering 4.4 million shares at $15, at high end of the range of $13-$15. BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead manager on the deal.
