China Lodging Group, which operates a leading chain of economy hotels in China under the HanTing brand, will see its quiet period end on 5/4/10. On 3/25/10, the company raised $110.3 million by offering 9,000,000 shares at $12.25, at high end of the range of $10.25 to $12.25. Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
